We are looking for a Secretary who can work as part of an established and 17-strong successful team to provide administrative support to the valuations team. The role involves audio typing of reports, general office administration and telephone work.

Key skills required are accurate audio-typing, well developed IT skills including e-mail, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work within a team. We are seeking candidates who are able to operate web-based software packages and have a confident phone manner. The successful candidate would be given supervision initially, but would be expected to work using own initiative following induction.
