We are looking for bright and enthusiastic individuals to join our teams in Edinburgh and Maidstone.
The roles will initially be office based and will involve supporting the existing negotiators by carrying out various marketing functions in order to achieve targeted results. Extensive use of the telephone and our bespoke e-marketing systems are a fundamental part of the role. The successful candidates will work closely with some of the industry’s leading business agents and you will also be responsible for liaison with both clients and applicants during the marketing and sale process.
Property experience is not essential, but you must be of graduate calibre, IT literate, numerate and have a fantastic telephone manner.

Trainee Valuer - North West
Manchester (Ref: 1192)
We are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Valuer to join our Valuation Services team in our Manchester office. The ideal candidate will have an RICS accredited first degree in Property or Surveying, with the desire to embark upon the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) process. Alternatively, applications from strong candidates from a non-cognate background with an RICS accredited Masters Qualification will also be welcomed.
The successful candidate will enroll upon a comprehensive training and development programme, whilst taking on real responsibilities as they prepare for the APC with the RICS, and build a career in property and surveying with us.
Very strong IT skills and an adept use of all Microsoft Office packages are a prerequisite and the preferred candidate will also need to possess very strong analytical skills, very good attention to detail and exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
