Established Wolverhampton care home sold to Ashberry Healthcare
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Engelberg care home in Wolverhampton.
Engelberg is a ‘Good’ rated, 34-bedroom care home which is part purpose-built and part conversion. It is situated within Compton, just off Compton Road, on the outskirts of Wolverhampton city centre.
The home was previously owned by MHA and was brought to market as part of a strategic divestment.
Following a confidential sales process with James Buist-Brealey at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Ashberry Healthcare, a boutique care provider focused on small community living.
