The Manchester Office of national business agents, Christie + Co, has been instructed to sell La Parisienne Hotel in Blackpool.
This 65-bedroom seafront hotel is situated close to the North Pier in one of the country's premier coastal resorts.
Martin Davis, Christie + Co Director and Location Manager, comments: “In addition to the 65 en suite letting bedrooms, which have recently been redecorated throughout and furnished in a French theme, La Parisienne Hotel features the Ooh la la Lounge Bar, the Déjà vu Restaurant and the Moulin Rouge Suite, which provides cabaret weekends, private functions and parties.”
Davis added: “There is also an opportunity to add value to the business as the hotel includes an Italian restaurant, which is currently closed. Furthermore, a former TV lounge could be converted into two additional bedrooms or owner’s accommodation, subject to obtaining any necessary consents/permissions.”
