Prime restaurant in affluent Tunbridge Wells sold by Christie + Co
The Gallery, Tunbridge Wells
The Maidstone Office of leading business agents, Christie + Co, is pleased to announce the leasehold sale of The Gallery restaurant, which is situated in a prime position on the busy Calverley Road in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
With its tree-lined streets and wealth of historic buildings, the desirable spa town of Tunbridge Wells is set in the heart of some of the most beautiful countryside in the South of England, and is very popular with visitors.
Working on behalf of The Gallery's owners, Christie + Co undertook an extensive marketing campaign and found a buyer. The Gallery restaurant has been bought by the multiple restaurant operator, Giggling Squid Tunbridge Wells, which has three other food outlets in the South East.
The leasehold interest of The Gallery was sold off a guide price of £80,000.
