An easily run B&B business, situated on the B1224; just a mile from the city of York, has been placed on the market through the Leeds Office of leading business agents, Christie + Co.
Ascot Lodge is located in the pleasant suburb of Acomb and offers tourists a more sedate visitor experience, in contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The property was built in 1870 and extends to three floors; having been the subject of continuous improvements under its current ownership. Offers in excess of £675,000 are being sought by Christie + Co for the freehold interest of Ascot Lodge.
