Successful nursery and out of school club, with its own play centre, in Witney, Oxfordshire is sold

The Milton Keynes Office of leading business agents, Christie + Co, has sold a large nursery and out of school club, which is situated close to Witney town centre in Oxfordshire.
Kindergarten Witney Ltd comprises two terraced buildings, which are interlinked at first floor level and have outside space to the rear and parking to the front. The nursery is registered for 104 children up to the age of eight and 20 eight to 14-year-olds. The ground floor provides four classrooms for the under-fives, while the first floor has two club rooms for the older children. Also located at first floor level is an extensive soft play centre, which features a large play frame with netted off areas and associated ball pits, ramps and slides.
A combined outdoor play area spans across both properties and has a rubber safety surface and play equipment, while a separate smaller play area is located to the side and is utilised for the under-twos.
Martin Gould, from Christie + Co’s Milton Keynes Office, who handled the sale, commented; “Kindergarten had been run by the same owner for over 10 years and during this time it has been developed into a large successful nursery, out of school club and play centre. The nursery has now been sold to experienced business operators.”
The leasehold interest of the business was sold for an undisclosed sum from an asking price of £325,000.
