The Winchester office of leading specialist business agents, Christie + Co, has been appointed to handle the freehold sale of Brighstone Tea Rooms, Bed and Breakfast and Restaurant in the picturesque village of Brighstone, on the Isle of Wight.
One of the prettiest villages on the island, Brighstone is located three quarters of a mile from the sea and seven miles from Newport. Set in beautiful countryside on the chalk downs with scenic walks and cycle routes, the village is home to Brighstone Shop and Museum, the island’s only National Trust gift shop, and has an 11th Century church, a cluster of thatched cottages, a post office, a public house and a good primary school.
