Christie + Co makes new addition to South East hotel team
Christie + Co has continued to show its commitment to servicing its hotel clients in the South East with the appointment of Andrew Bush as a negotiator.
Andrew joins Christie + Co after nearly 22 years working in the property market for a leading independent agency in Kent, and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

One of our most recent transactions is the sale of Deans Place Hotel, Alfriston, near Brighton, to a well known local hotelier, off an asking price of £4.25 million freehold. The hotel is a traditional 3 star AA country house set in about 4 acres, with 36 bedrooms, and is an established venue for weddings and other banqueting events.
