The Edinburgh Office of specialist licensed trade property agents, Christie + Co, is delighted to have been instructed by Mr Alex Cuthbertson to sell his business, the Den Inn, located on Scoonie Road in Leven, Fife.
Barry McNeil, Associate Director of Christie + Co who is handling the sale on behalf of Mr Cuthbertson, comments: “The market for well-priced public houses in the central belt of Scotland is getting better by the week. I think it is fair to say that we have reached the bottom of the market and the transactional evidence that we have put together over the last two to three months shows there is a genuine appetite for well-priced pubs in central Scotland. We are hopeful that this new-found confidence will continue as we head further into the year. Rising numbers of prospective viewers and website registrations are signs that we should be able to put together more pub deals as the year progresses.”
The Den Inn is a very good example of a good quality community pub that has been run consistently well over the last four years. The business comes complete with a well-furnished public bar, a lounge bar for 40 as well as a very good south-facing beer garden with decking.
The business is a Punch Taverns lease and Christie + Co is seeking premium offers over £50,000.
