Penge bowled over by Graces

Graces, Penge, London
The Epsom Office of leading business agent, Christie + Co, announces the sale of Graces public house in South London to local operators Fusion Bars Limited for an undisclosed sum.
Fusion Bars plan to reopen the unit as a traditional family-orientated pub offering home-cooked food and a selection of beers, real ales and cocktails, for those feeling adventurous. A large new function suite is also planned along with a landscaped roof terrace.
Graces is the first of many planned openings for Fusion Bars with the group already having several other units in its sights in places such as Croydon and Bromley.
Barry Fitzgerald of Christie + Co, who handled the sale, commented: "Graces is a popular pub in the area and, with the new owners' experience and drive, it is sure to remain at the heart of the community."
The purchase was funded through Christie + Co's sister company, Christie Finance, with the funding negotiated by Chris Field.
