An opportunity to purchase a wet-led community pub has arisen through leading licensed property agents, Christie + Co. The Britannia Inn, in Patchway, is offered for sale at an asking price of £275,000 + VAT for the freehold interest.
Patchway is a town of 12,000 people stretching from Filton airfield in the south to the M5 motorway in the north. The A38 and the railway line runs through Patchway from north to south. The area includes Patchway Trading Estate, Woodlands Park and Aztec Business Park as well as The Mall and other retail outlets at Cribbs Regional Shopping Centre.
