The care home is situated between Worthing and East Worthing railway stations, close to Worthing Hospital. We sold the 14 registration dementia home on behalf of private owners who had operated the business for 23 years, to the Parekh family who are first-time operators from Reigate. This is the fifth care home we have sold in Worthing in 12 months.
