Our marketing of The Bristol public house resulted in many offers being received, mainly from local developers looking to convert the site into residential flats. However, most of the unconditional bids were at, or below, £300,000 due to the conversion costs.
We sold the business to a local existing restaurant operator whose bid was closer to our guide price. The purchase was funded by Christie Finance.
