We are looking for an extremely bright and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Birmingham. No previous property experience is required but our standards are exceptionally high! You must therefore be of graduate calibre, IT literate, numeric and have an excellent telephone manner.
The role is office based and will involve supporting the existing negotiators by carrying out various marketing functions in order to achieve targeted results. Extensive use of the telephone and our bespoke e-marketing systems are a fundamental part of the role. Therefore, a background in administration with an ambition to progress into a sales role is essential. The successful candidate will work closely with some of the industry’s leading business agents in the Midlands and will also be responsible for liaison with both clients and applicants during the marketing and sale process.
