In March this year, on behalf of our client, the baron Engelbert Reichsfreiherr von Kerckerinck zur Borg, we instructed Christie + Co (represented by Guido Schürken) to find a lessee for the property named above. We are now delighted that this difficult task has been performed successfully. A new operator was found who took over the business on 1st of October 2006.
