An elegant boutique hotel in the heart of Helsinki has been presented to the market by specialist hotel property adviser Christie + Co.

Rivoli Jardin offers stylish accommodation in a quiet inner courtyard within Helsinki's Design Quarter, a stone's throw away from a plethora of shops, restaurants and theatres. The hotel enjoys excellent transport connections, with the South Harbour ferry terminals and Central Railway Station just a short stroll away, while Helsinki Vantaa Airport is approximately a half hour drive.

The hotel, which first opened its doors in 1984, offers 55 spacious and beautifully appointed en-suite guest bedrooms distributed across six floors. In addition,Rivoli Jadin accommodates a bar & lounge, breakfast area, outdoor lounge, sauna & fitness room, business corner and a meeting room for 8 delegates. In 2008, the property underwent an extensive €1.1 million renovation which modernised hotel guestrooms and other premises.

Currently operated under a lease contact which expires 31/03/2023, the rent fee of the hotel is approximately 48 000 € / month, excluding electricity, heat, cooling, water, control, security and maintenance costs.

Kimmo Virtanen, Christie + Co Managing Director of Scandinavia, Russia and the Baltic States, comments: “The hotel is renowned for delivering unrivalled service and enjoys an excellent mix of both corporate and leisure trade. However, there remain further areas for incoming purchasers to add value to the business by developing a restaurant and a 55m2 terrace rented from the adjacent building.""

Christie + Co is seeking offers of €1.2 million for the operation company and FF&E of Rivoli Jardin.
