Culcheth nursery brought to the market with Christie & Co

Newchurch Pre-School Limited, a term time nursery operating from a Parish Hall in the village of Culcheth, just north of Warrington, Cheshire has come to the market with specialist property adviser, Christie & Co.

There has been a nursery operating from Newchurch Parish Hall for around 50 years, with Newchurch Pre-School becoming a limited company 13 years ago. This 26-place nursery is an integral part of the local community and offers a personable experience for the 2-4 year old children who attend.

The nursery is operated from two spacious playrooms with access to a sufficiently sized outdoor play area, as well as toilets and a kitchen. All fixtures and fittings are owned outright by our clients and will be included in the sale.
