The Webheath Stores & Post Office is located in the village of Webheath just south east of Redditch. The property is located on the busy Heathfield Road amongst a large residential area and within close proximity of two local schools - Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic and Webheath First. This provides a regular flow of business throughout the daym, with peaks at school opening and closing times in particular.

The property has a spacious four bedroom owner’s accommodation above the store, and a garden to the rear.
Tim Bloomer from Christie & Co says: “This popular and well-established store has been owned by our clients since the turn of the millennium and they are now selling the business due to their retirement.

“The store represents an excellent opportunity to either become part of a larger retail group or remain in private hands for the new owners to enjoy the village setting lifestyle business as well as having a great advantage of building on the business’s longstanding reputation.”

Webheath Store & Post Office is on the market for £370,000 freehold.
