Since opening in 2010, CUP has made a name for itself by serving the very best fresh baking, a huge range of hand-blended loose leaf tea, and a clean and modern take on the classic Afternoon Tea experience.

This branch of CUP, located on Byres Road, was the first to open in Glasgow and has been providing fresh baking, light lunches and the opportunity to relax with friends and family for nearly six years. It is now on the market with Christie & Co at a price of £100,000 for the leasehold going concern.

Scott Goodwin, Business Agent at Christie & Co’s Glasgow office commented: "The business is currently run under management and this offers an excellent opportunity for a 'hands on' operator to increase profitability for this well established and profitable tea room.

“Byres Road is an extremely busy area, and has a constant flow of people along it so a new leaseholder would have a vast footfall to work with in terms of new customers, as well as a loyal existing customer base.”
