Oradi Dental will bring Dental Care Group to a total of 21 practices across East Anglia and now expanding into Northamptonshire.
Comprising 15 modern surgeries altogether, Oradi Dental offers a comprehensive range of dental treatments, including dental implants and Orthodontics. The existing team of 18 clinicians and 60 nurses and receptionists will remain at the practices under the leadership of Principal Clinician, Dr Resh Diu, who founded Oradi 18 years ago, investing in the development of the team and cultivating their success.
Dr Diu comments, “Having emotionally invested most of my professional career into establishing Oradi Dental as the leading dental brand in Northamptonshire, I have been looking to grow on what my team and I have already achieved. We successfully found a buyer/partner who recognised the value of Dr Diu’s business beyond price, ensuring the practice would remain in good hands. The final figure for the transaction was well in excess of the guide price, which serves to reinforce the market sentiment for quality, profitable practices. Interest in the business was also received from financial purchasers and this is an increasing feature of larger individual and group sales. We expect further consolidation in the dental sector in the months to come.”
