Located close to Junctions 13 and 14, just off the busy M1, the hotel sits in an extremely accessible location, catering to passing trade and visitors to the area, with Milton Keynes town centre just four miles away. Ideally positioned, the business sees trade from both leisure and business guests with a strong commercial presence in the area and famous visitor attractions, including Stadium MK, Silverstone Racetrack and Bletchley Park.
The hotel was purchased by Bowling Green Asset Management (BGAM), one of the UK’s fastest growing owner-operators of branded hotels.
