Victoria Villa, located on Lion Hill, has been in the hands of current owners, Jo and Matt Lamb, for 13 years. The Lambs have now decided to retire, and are looking for a new owner to take over the reins.

The business, which has seven en suite letting rooms for guests, also has a residents lounge and dining room, in addition to owners’ accommodation within the property and a gated private car park.

Situated on the A451 in Stourport-on-Severn, it is easily accessible from the likes of Bromsgrove, Worcester, Birmingham and Hereford and within 4.5 miles of popular tourist attractions including the Severn Valley Railway and West Midlands Safari Park.

Charles Jones, Business Agent at Christie & Co is handling the sale of the business and said, “Victoria Villa is located in a prominent town centre location and is an excellent lifestyle business opportunity.

“This is a very successful business which is ideally suited for both executive business clientele, site contractors and fishermen – after all, the River Severn is only a few minutes’ walk from the property and Larford Lakes fishing venue and many other fisheries just a short drive away.

“The business has seen an increase in turnover year-on-year and I expect this will continue as Wyre Forest District Council’s planning committee gave the thumbs up to a proposal to create Marina Quays scheme, which will see £20million invested in the area.

“Post referendum, the hospitality sector has seen levels of activity improve with confidence coming back as things settle down.”
