Glenisle Hotel on the Isle of Arran sold through Christie & Co

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has brokered the sale of The Glenisle Hotel in in Lamlash, Isle of Arran with funding secured through specialist commercial finance broker, Christie Finance.

The 13-bedrooom Hotel and Bistro sits on the East Coast of the Isle, looking directly across Lamlash Bay, has won numerous awards, and is ranked highly on travel review sites. The previous owners had owned the hotel since 2008 with the business now being sold to Neil and Anne Kennedy.

Anne has a long-track record of working in the hospitality sector and Neil is a Chartered Accountant.
For over two years, they have been searching for the right hospitality business to invest in prior to identifying the Glenisle Hotel as an ideal opportunity moving forward.
