The hotel sits in a three-storey Victorian style building a short walk away from Finsbury Park Railway Station and Finsbury Park which holds a number of large annual music festivals over the summer months. In addition, Emirates Stadium is just over a mile away.

The business was previously owned by the Muslim family for a number of years. Mr Sabbir Muslim comments, “When Christie & Co launched the Finsbury Park Guest House to the market in April, I was naturally anxious about the response due to Covid-19. However, it soon became clear that their database of buyers is so large that immediately they had a huge amount of interest. When tours of the property were able to be undertaken, we had many interested parties meet with Christie & Co at the property and make offers. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the sales process and would recommend Christie & Co as London’s leading hotel agent without hesitation.”

The business has been purchased by specialist recruitment company, Integrated Solutions, who plan to invest substantial capital in the property and welcome back guests in the months ahead. Speaking on behalf of the company, Mr Paul Karras comments, “As soon as we saw the property, we knew it was perfect for us. Christie & Co worked with us and the seller to get the job done!”.

Andrew Evangelou, Head of London Hotels at Christie & Co, comments, “The really excellent communication links to and from Finsbury Park make this an excellent trading area with huge demand from a variety of guests. There was highly competitive bidding for the hotel, and we have continued demand for similar properties across the whole of London.”

Finsbury Park Guest House was sold off an asking price of “Offers in excess of £1,000,000”.
