is a 17-room well-established hotel comprising single, double, and triple room accommodation arranged over a lower ground and three upper floors.
On the lower ground floor, there is a comfortable residents’ lounge and a circa 22 cover breakfast room which extends out on to a conservatory. The kitchen is located to the rear of the breakfast room, and a laundry room and storeroom sit in the basement. The hotel also houses two Vodaphone micro cells which provide the business with an additional £10,000 of income per annum.
In 2016, the owners obtained planning permission to add a single-story extension onto the building.
Hotel Earls Court is located on the corner of Pennywern Road and Warwick Road, in the heart of Earls Court, London. The area features charming leafy Victorian residential squares, chain hotels and busy and vibrant commercial streets. Earls Court Underground Station is approximately 50 meters from the hotel and the A4 and M4 motorways provide easy access in and around London.
