Christie & Co announces changes to Hospitality team

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co today announced changes to their Hospitality team with the appointment of Carine Bonnejean as Managing Director – Hotels and Stephen Owens as Managing Director – Pubs & Restaurants.

Carine was previously Managing Director – Hospitality Consultancy and her new role will align Christie & Co’s advisory, brokerage and international hotel teams. Stephen will retain responsibility for the Hospitality valuation team, alongside leading the Corporate Pubs & Restaurants team comprising the three Senior Directors; Neil Morgan, Noel Moffitt and Simon Chaplin.
 
Darren Bond, Managing Director – Capital Markets and Global Managing Director designate, comments, “Carine has been instrumental in the development of our Hotels Consultancy business over the past 14 years and is a leading figure in the industry. This is a significant appointment, which will see Carine responsible for all our hotel industry strategy in the UK and Europe, working closely with our regional teams.
