Only pharmacy in Highley finds new owner through Christie & Co

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Highley Pharmacy in Highley, Shropshire.

Highley Pharmacy is a rural, unopposed pharmacy, dispensing an average of 7,400 items per month. The business is located on the main High Street in the beautiful village of Highley in the South East of Shropshire.

The business was previously owned by Mr Giles Evans, who decided to sell to look towards retirement, and has been sold to MSN Pharm Ltd who operate a small group of pharmacies across the region.

Carl Steer, Director at Christie & Co, who handled the sale, comments, “Four offers were received for the business, but it wasn’t until MSN showed serious interest that my client felt ‘right’ about the sale. He knew his approach to the business and his staff would be suitable, so a sale was agreed and progressed to completion without any issues arising.”

Highley Pharmacy was sold off an asking price of £950,000 plus freehold.
