A Mablethorpe pub and amusement arcade is looking for a new owner

The Ferry Boat Inn, a pub and amusement arcade in the East Midlands seaside town of Mablethorpe has come to the market through specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co.

The business is close to Mablethorpe’s North End beach and currently opens from March to October each year. The site also has a pizza business which currently opens at weekends during the high season as well as a shop/kiosk selling sandwiches and ice cream.

Gavin Webb, Business Agent at Christie & Co comments, “The Ferry Boat Inn trades profitably as a pub offering food, entertainment and gaming facilities with lots of potential for a new owner to come in and develop the existing operation.

“It attracts both locals and tourists visiting the area – particularly those staying in the surrounding caravan parks such as the nearby Haven Golden Sands Holiday Park. This comprises 172 pitches and guests often pass by the inn to reach North End beach, which results in a significant amount of passing trade.”

The Ferry Boat Inn is available on a virtual freehold basis for £375,000.
