The current owners have owned the business since 2010 and are selling as they now want to retire.

David Branch, Business Agent in Christie & Co’s Nottingham office comments, “This is a popular store which serves a loyal local community near a large residential area opposite Dovedale School.

“It is a business opportunity that would suit a corporate or experienced independent operator looking to expand their portfolio with lots of potential to further increase the turnover of the store. Additional income is earned from PayPoint, National Lottery and an internal cash machine.”

The leasehold of the store is available for £99,500 with an annual rent of £30,000 after the first year.
