Recently closed Southwark restaurant is seeking a new tenant

A former restaurant on Borough High Street in London is searching for a new operator through specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co.

Formerly Italian fine dining restaurant, Quintessenza, the site has been vacant since the business closed its doors in January. It is located between Elephant & Castle and Borough tube stations in Southwark, an area increasingly known for new food and drink developments with the recent openings of food markets Flat Iron Square and Mercato Metropolitano.

Will Langton, Business Agent at Christie & Co comments, “This is great opportunity for an existing or new operator to get involved in the flourishing restaurant scene in one of London’s most up and coming boroughs. The site is in excellent condition with a large frontage in an area largely populated by students, so ideal for an existing brand to expand or for a completely new offering.”

Christie & Co is inviting offers for the premium until Tuesday 28th February 2017 with an annual rent of £60,000.
