Situated next to each other, both units are only a stone’s throw from Woking train station, located within the London Commuter Zone with direct links to Central London.

Formerly trading as Charlie Choys & Lotus Lounge, the first unit is situated over two floors and comprises 5,500 sq ft with the additional benefit of an external trading area to the front, licensed for c. 40 covers. The ground floor was previously used as a lounge bar, catering for up to 100 covers, whilst the first floor traded as a restaurant, displaying a good size show kitchen and catering for more than 120 covers.

The second unoccupied unit is located on the ground floor of the development, two doors down, with road frontage and comprises a trading area of 3,000 sq ft, currently furnished for 100 covers in a modern and contemporary style.

James Hughes, Business Agent at Christie & Co’s Maidstone office is handling the sales and comments; “Due to the site’s prominent position near the main thoroughfare to Woking station, these units offer considerable potential whether for use as restaurants, bars or other alternative businesses, subject to planning permissions. The units are available for lease as one or separately.”

An annual rent of £90,000 is being sought for the larger two storey unit and £55,000 for the smaller ground floor unit.
