In addition the current operators of the hotel, Kew Green Hotels, will be pleased to enter into a management agreement should the purchaser require this.

Domestic traffic experienced strong growth with passenger numbers up by 50%. In addition there was growth in cargo business with an annual total of 237,000 tonnes in the last 12 months up 4.7% on the previous year.
New routes, both long and short haul, are expected to be announced in 2016 by Stansted Airport which is currently the UK’s fourth largest airport.

Jeremy Jones, Head of Brokerage – Hotels at Christie & Co commented: “Providing the power of a leading global hotel brand, the availability of the Holiday Inn Express London Stansted Airport is a rare opportunity to secure an excellent example of this brand which has received a number of “Best in Class” awards since opening in 2005.
“The hotel is highly profitable and offers further growth potential as Stansted continues to expand to meet the demand placed upon London’s airports.”

Offers in excess of £16,000,000 are sought.
