The purpose built single-storey convenience store in Stonehaven has been sold by specialist property adviser Christie + Co.

The busy and well-known store has been purchased by experienced retail operator Silvanesan Thangabelautham from Aberdeen, who plans to expand the business to offer a wider range of products and services to the local community.

Scott Goodwin of Christie + Co, who handled the sale commented: “This is a well-established convenience store in a busy residential location.  Silvanesan Thangabelautham has a successful history of providing convenience services in Aberdeen, and will be expanding this particular site in order to supply valuable goods and services to local Stonehaven residents.”

The store was sold freehold close to the asking price within a few weeks of being placed on the market.
