Christie & Co brews another sale with The Hop

​Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has sold The Hop Inn & Shamrock Bar in the coastal town of Bournemouth, adding to Christie & Co’s success in selling hospitality businesses in the town throughout 2017.

The substantial Victorian property comprises of 12 en suite letting rooms, a bar, restaurant, fish and chip shop and Shamrock Bar.

Attracting significant interest due to its high turnover and exceptional profit, The Hop Inn & Shamrock Bar was the ideal purchase for an experienced operator looking to invest in the area. New owners Asit and Amika Patel have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the pub sector.
