Community pub in Finstall will be reopening its doors

Specialist property adviser, Christie & Co is delighted to announce the sale of the Cross Inn, a treasured community asset in Finstall, Bromsgrove.

Following its closure in September, the detached two storey period building with substantial car parking and gardens received significant interest from the local community due to its Asset of Community Value (ACV) listing. Following a highly successful marketing campaign in which a dozen viewings took place and several offers made, Christie & Co was able to match this opportunity with a multiple Midlands operator, Black Country Inns.

Licensed Business Agent, Joshua Sullivan of Christie & Co’s Birmingham office handled the disposal and comments; “I am delighted to have been able to assist in this transaction; a fabulous result for the vendor, purchaser and the local community.

“Black Country Inns confirm they plan to keep it as a popular real ale house to provide a wide selection of products to the local populous.”

The Cross Inn, Finstall was being marketed freehold off an asking price of £275,000.
