Halifax venue finds new operator through Christie & Co

The Bull Bar & Kitchen, located in Halifax’s town centre, has been sold through specialist business property advisor Christie & Co, to an experienced nightlife operator.

The former Bull Bar & Kitchen bar-restaurant premises is ideally located in the prominent position of Bull Green in the heart of Halifax town centre, which is perfect for the high-volume food and drink trade due to high footfall and traffic movements.

New owner Nick Westwell has taken the new lease opportunity to transform the former bar-restaurant into Origin Party Bar, a brand new party bar with video DJ’s and 16 TV screens.

Origin is set for its grand opening on Friday 20th, as Halifax town centre continues to see a resurgence in new night life entertainment.

Former owner Mr Gurokh Singh comments, “In September we appointed Sam Ashton at Christie & Co to market a new lease opportunity for a new tenant to trade as a bar or restaurant within our property. We were looking for an experienced licensed operator to take over this premises as soon as possible.
