The site is currently operated as a hand car wash and will be available with vacant possession. It spreads across approximately 0.4 acres and is situated close to the new Meon Vale development, which has planning permission to include 1,050 homes, along with extensive leisure facilities, a primary school and 800,000sq ft of employment space.
