Opened fully refurbished on Friday 22nd July, this popular site just off Whiteladies Road has been purchased by cousins, Benjamin Harvey & Dominic Borel, who will have Pasta Loco celebrating their Italian heritage by serving original fresh pasta dishes with a touch of Ben’s style.

Both experienced with a passion for food, Benjamin’s culinary career has included involvement in family pop-ups to a highly reputable Trattoria in Northern Italy. Dominic also has a wealth of hospitality experience gained from managing some of the tops venues in Sydney, Australia and overseeing the construction of the city’s $3.5m Emporium restaurant.

Nicholas Calfe, who handled the sale on behalf of Christie & Co comments, “We are delighted to announce the sale of the former Havana Site in Bristol and wish Ben and Dominic every success in their new venture.

“This area of Bristol is thriving and with its reputation for embracing new concepts and supporting independents, we are sure that Pasta Loco will be an exciting and welcome addition.”
