The hotel sits within its own large landscaped gardens and car park and features 9 en suite letting bedrooms. The business is also home to the popular Woody's Bar, restaurant and a detached 3 bedroom owner's cottage.

William and Lillian Wood have owned and operated the Woodhouse Hotel for almost 10 years.  Since purchasing the hotel they have refurbished the property which now trades as a very successful small hotel.

Brian Sheldon, Regional Director at Christie & Co is handling the sale and said,  "The Woodhouse Hotel is an established family run business within Largs and benefits from  first class local trade as well the many visitors and tourists who visit the town on an annual basis and return time and again to stay at the hotel.

“A new owner of the business will have an opportunity to put their own mark on a business which offers great scope and potential growth."

Christie & Co are selling the hotel on a freehold basis and is inviting offers in the region of £630,000.
