Only store in Lincolnshire village sold to Leicester-based operator

Hogsthorpe Village Store & Post Office in Hogsthorpe Skegness, Lincolnshire has been sold through specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co.

Acting as the only store in the village, it has recently been extended and refurbished by former owners, Mr & Mrs Janda who are now able to pursue their retirement. It sells general food provisions, newspapers and magazines, chilled and frozen food, confectionery, tobacco, toiletries and also functions as an off licence and Post Office.



It has been bought by Mr Odedra who is from Leicester and owns several other retail businesses.

The business was sold off a freehold asking price of £380,000.
