The George Hotel in Cheltenham sold through Christie & Co

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co is pleased to announce the sale of The George Hotel in the Regency town of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.



The 31-bedroom hotel is situated in the heart of Cheltenham, the cultural capital of the Cotswolds, and is an impressive Grade II listed property dating from 1840 made up of five converted townhouses.  

The George Hotel was purchased by Julian Dunkerton, the founder of international clothing brand Superdry, to add to his existing portfolio of hotels, restaurants and country pubs in the Cotswolds.
