The Westport Bar is a ground floor property which forms part of a large three storey property.  It is well positoined within the town centre and adjacent to the train station.  Dundee is around 22 miles to the south and Perth is around 1 hour and 20 minutes by train.

The business trades well and offers scope to develop trade further with the use of a fully fitted commercial kitchen (which is not in use).  A double door leads to the main lobby, where there is a snug which can accommodate for 20.  Within the main lounge there is a large bar with seating for around 50 with a wood burning stove, together with fitted booths and a pool room.  To the side the side of the property is a large beer garden and car park.

Tony Spence, Business Agent, of Christie & Co, who is handling the sale, comments, “Our client has owned the business for eleven years and is now looking to retire.  The business trades extremely well but also offers the potential for further growth.  It has developed a great base of loyal custom over the years and boasts great reviews on Facebook and Google.”

The business is being sold on a free of tie basis at a freehold price of £225,000.
