Specialist property advisors Christie + Co is pleased to announce a price reduction for the freehold sale of Juniper Restaurant.

Having first opened 14 years ago, head chef and owner Nick Kleiner has developed a stellar reputation within the Bristol community for his suburb ever-changing menu of eclectic dishes using fresh, and where possible, locally sourced ingredients.

The current menu offers diners both an a la carte option and an affordable tasting menu which has proven particularly popular for customers celebrating special occasions.

Juniper is set over two floors and can cater for up to 70 covers. The first floor, with its space for 26 covers is often used to host private functions and benefits from its own bar servery and dumb waiter.  The ground floor boasts a large fully equipped commercial kitchen and dining area for c.50 covers.

Juniper is based in the popular Cotham and Kingsdown area of Bristol. The area benefits from an eclectic demographic of students and affluent professionals and sits behind the Bristol Royal Infirmary hospital and Bristol Children’s Hospital. It therefore serves as an excellent community restaurant and has, over the years, built up a database of over 5,000 customers. Keen to see the site grow further, Nick has promised to hand this database over to new owners.

With Nick keen to pursue other projects, the property has been reduced to an attractive £270,000 in order to generate a quick sale.
