Located near the picturesque village of Goosnargh, Ye Horns Inn dates back to the 18th century and has been under family ownership since 1952.  The original coaching inn has been improved and extended to include a split level outdoor seating area and barn conversion providing six individually appointed 4 star ensuite rooms.

Serving both a la carte and bar menus, Ye Horns Inn prides itself on using locally sourced ingredients alongside fine wines and cask marked ales.

The inn occupies a site of approximately two acres of car parking areas, beer gardens and paddock space. Internally, the pub consists of a centrally located parlour bar and three individual dining rooms with a function room and meeting room on the first floor.

Planning permission has been obtained to extend the existing restaurant to provide a further single storey entrance and WC block and new function room.

An additional parcel of land extending to some 10 acres and incorporating a caravan pitch and micro-brewery is also available.

Available freehold, Christie & Co is marketing the pub and is seeking offers around £700,000.  Keith Stringer, Associate Director who is handling the sale comments: “The sale represents a rare opportunity to purchase a quality freehold inn within a superb location.

“The continued success of independent operators such as Ribble Valley Inns and the recent acquisition of Haighton Manor by Brunning & Price have highlighted the popularity of the area. Ye Horns Inn will no doubt be of interest to both individual and multiple operators at the current guide price.”
