The consented scheme is on Brighton Road and will be built to deliver 77 premium en suite bedrooms and facilities including a spa, cafe, hairdressing salon, cinema and shop, as well as a wide variety of social and relaxation spaces including landscaped gardens.
Hallmark Care Homes will take an operational lease for a period of 30 years on completion of the building in 2018. The exacting specification will be a further evolution for the award-winning care provider blending luxury living with a homely environment. Octopus Healthcare is providing a forward funding package and will hold the investment for the long term.
