The freehold interest of Frames, an established snooker club in Liverpool has been brought to the market by specialist property adviser Christie + Co.

Situated in the residential suburb of Walton, approximately two miles south west of Liverpool City Centre, the business has been the pillar of the community for 30 years. The owners, John and Les Collions are now calling time to retire, making room for a new owner to take over the substantial site, which is suitable for multiple use.

Frames briefly encompasses a huge snooker room, bar/function room, office, private room, beer cellar, large kitchen and ladies and gents WCs’. The property also benefits from unrestricted roadside parking.

James Moore-Martin of Christie + Co’s Manchester office is handling the sale. He comments: “John and Les have operated the business successfully for three decades but the time has come for them to retire, presenting a superb opportunity for prospective buyers to acquire a substantial property which can lend itself to wide a range of businesses.”

Christie + Co are seeking offers in the region of  £240,000 for the freehold interest of Frames Snooker Club.
