The portfolio comprises a total of five fully equipped surgeries across the two practices, which are situated in Dingwall and Invergordon. The Dingwall practice was purchased by Dr Iain McIntyre in 1988 and Dr Christopher Corbet joined the practice as a principal partner in 1990. Together, the pair established the Invergordon dental practice in 1990 and built a reputable business, promoting dental health and providing quality care to the community.

The portfolio presents the opportunity to acquire a well established and successful business with the potential to further increase income by introducing specialist treatments or building upon the NHS revenue.

Current owners and principal dentists, Dr McIntyre and Dr Corbet have decided to sell in order to retire and comment, “It has been our privilege and pleasure to have treated the community of the Dingwall and Easter Ross areas for the last 31 years but feel that now is the right time to offer someone else the chance to benefit from treating these patients.”

Joel Mannix, Business Agent at Christie & Co is handling the sale and comments, “McIntyre, Corbet & Associates presents the opportunity to purchase two established practices in a picturesque region of the Scottish Highlands. The thriving business that Iain and Chris have built over the past 31 years has been essential to residents, highlighting the importance of finding the right buyer who will continue their good work.”

Christie & Co is seeking a freehold asking price of £550,000, plus the property, to be added at valuation.
