The pub comprises a main bar with seating for up to 45 covers, dining area for 16 covers, 30 cover beer garden and seating for a further 40 covers to the front of the property. The pub also benefits from five bedroom owner’s accommodation, which is arranged over the first floor.

Staines town centre features a wide range of shops and restaurants, enjoys easy access to London in under 35 minutes by train and is also the closest town to Heathrow Airport, which is easily accessible via the M25. The Wheatsheaf & Pigeon is ideally located in a prime residential area near Staines town centre and Staines Football Club Stadium, benefitting from strong passing trade.

The pub has been run under the same ownership for the past 14 years, during which time the pub has built up a favourable reputation. Current owner, Paul Cornish, is now looking to spend more time with his family and explore other business opportunities.

Stewart Harkness, Associate Director at Christie & Co is handling the sale and comments, “With such an established trade in a nice residential area within Staines and only a few minutes’ walk from the River Thames, The Wheatsheaf & Pigeon provides a great opportunity for an owner operator or multiple operator looking to add to their portfolio.”

Christie & Co is seeking an asking price of £85,000 for the leasehold interest of The Wheatsheaf & Pigeon.
