Stewart Harkness, Associate Director at Christie & Co is handling the sale and comments, “With such an established trade in a nice residential area within Staines and only a few minutes’ walk from the River Thames, The Wheatsheaf & Pigeon provides a great opportunity for an owner operator or multiple operator looking to add to their portfolio.”

Christie & Co is seeking an asking price of £85,000 for the leasehold interest of The Wheatsheaf & Pigeon.
