The Ofsted rated ‘Good’ nursery occupies a detached, converted residential property with effective operating capacity for up to 48 children. Providing day care for a variety of age groups, the setting has been designed with a range of play and learning rooms, as well as outside space which includes a soft play area. The site also provides parking and a drop off point for parents and is easily accessible, set off Junction 12 leading to the M6.

The previous owner, Ranjana Mair had run the nursery for 11 years before deciding to sell in order to focus their business in a different part of the country and comments, “We are delighted to get this sale completed and with the service we received from Christie & Co. Due to the database of buyers that they have, we received a number of offers and accepted the one from the buyer who was an existing operator. We would recommend the sale of your nursery business through Christie & Co.”

Jassi Sunner, Senior Business Agent – Childcare at Christie & Co, comments, “This is an ideal nursery for the new owners to use a solid platform to make the most of the scope and potential that this nursery has to offer. This is a deceptively spacious property which offers space for the different age groups of children across two well presented floors, which is then all complimented by the outdoor soft play activity area to the rear.

“With a Good Ofsted rating and an experienced new management team in place, this nursery will undoubtedly continue to thrive and we wish the new owners all the best for the future.”
