The 73-bedroom Grade II listed hotel has been purchased by experienced hoteliers, Crest Hotels who are expanding their existing portfolio.

Arnos Manor Hotel is a large detached landmark hotel in Bristol, historically built as a manor house in 1760 for a wealthy local family.

The hotel has extensive public areas with a main bar, restaurant, function suite with bar and conservatory, a chapel for weddings and meetings, a civil marriage licence and various conference/meeting rooms. The hotel also benefits from a large car park and gardens.

Matthew Smith & Jonathan Hill, Directors in Christie & Co’s Bristol office handled the sale. Matthew comments, “We are delighted to announce the sale of Arnos Manor. Numerous offers were received following our comprehensive marketing campaign off a guide price of £2,750,000. Interest was received from an array of credible and deliverable buyers due to its prime trading location and the scope on offer to further develop the trading performance.

“We wish Crest Hotels every success in their latest acquisition.”
